Our biologists, freshwater ecologists and microbiologists are developing nutrition for improved growth rates in super-intensive, precision indoor aquaculture systems.

We bring over twenty years experience in delivering technology from industrial automation to logistics management optimisation. Our technical skills position us uniquely in Australian aquaculture to tackle the challenge of scaling a technology-enabled intensive marron farm.
Science.
Marron are unique to the south-west of Western Australia, and the research scientists most knowledgeable in the species reside here. We capitalise on deep ties to Western Australia’s premier university, the University of Western Australia, to bring together a cross-functional group of scientific experts to ensure a rigorous approach to system development.
Industry.
The marron industry has been identified as having the potential for significant growth. A key objective of our work on marron is to benefit and drive the growth of this industry. With funding and support from AgriFutures Australia, a federally funded statutory corporation, and strong industry partners across the supply chain, we are set up for success.
